Gina Abernathy began her career in 1983 apprenticing at Gary Bocz's salon in Seattle. She took a brief hiatus from hairdressing to model with Elite Modeling Agency in NYC, returning to the industry on 1985. For more than a decade, Gina has focused her energies on education and salon ownership with the purchase of Salon Bellezza in 1994.

Jennifer started her career in 2002 at Gary Manuel Salon. She came to Salon Bellezza in 2004. Dedication to her technical and creative skills has led her to pursue education with industry leaders Bumble and bumble, Da’vines, Aveda and Schwarzkopf. Recently, Jenn traveled to New York attending classes at Bumble and bumble University

Laramie wanted to be a hair stylist as a little girl. She began her professional career in 2000 and joined salon Bellezza's art team in 2004. She originally trained with Toni & Guy at the Advanced Academies in L.A. and Dallas, and even went on to become an Ambassador. She has consistently pursued education to evolve her work,
